What better pastime than to scrapbook the summer hours away? Wouldn't you love to scrap and crop and paper piece summertime pages in a jiffy? Print off a few patterns, grab a scissors and some paper snips and away we go! Let's use up some scraps and make some ADORABLE page additions today. And don't forget your adhesive! These projects are great to keep in a zip lock bag and take in the car for those times when you have to WAIT. Or you can plan ahead to relax with some girlfriends for a few hours soon and crop those summer pages with these FREE online paper piecing patterns. All of them pertain to spring and summer themes. I have plucked them from here and there along the internet highway just to share with you. Remember all these patterns are free and available online from their host sites as a courtesy! Please be sure to thank them! Have fun!

Let's start out in the garden where we might see someone as cute as a bug! Quick! Snap a picture! Cute little red ladybug paper piecing |

The kids will dig in the dirt and make a glorious mess! |

If we are out in the sunshine we might need our hats. This set is at Graceful Bee (One of my other fave sites!) |

Perhaps we will take a drive. Then we will stop by the shore. And if we get to the beach we might need our sun umbrella or build a sand castle |

We might even sit down and see some fireworks and eat some watermelon on the Fourth of July |

And if we go out into the water we better wear one of these! (This one is by Alaine) |

And on the way home it might get late so we have to pitch a tent |

And the next day we will head back home again to tend to our own sweet garden and plant some flowers. Or go to the park together. While we are there, we can kick off our flip flops (Look in Free Patterns under Previous Patterns in the Creating Garden) and enjoy a big ole' ice cream cone! Yum! Yum! |
